I、Summary
  Poly carboxylic acid high-performance superplasticizer is one of the superplasticizers that enjoy the most advanced technology in the world. It is the third most magnificent breakthrough in the development history of superplasticizer. As the modern concrete technology develops towards the direction featuring green, high strength and high performance, the application of poly carboxylic acid salt series high-performance superplasticizer is one of the key technological measures.
  LonS-P (H) is macromolecular polymer with certain molecular weight formed through graft copolymerization of unsaturated monomer under the function of initiator by grafting side chain with active ionogen to the main chain of polymer.
II、Properties
  1、LonS-P (H) is a safe and environmental friendly high efficiency superplasticizer featuring low blend dosage, high water reduction rate and fine cement adaptability without any influence upon the environment.

IV、Application Scope and Method
  1、LonS-P mixed with concretes above C45 will result in a more comprehensive and economical effect. Lons-P can also be applied in C45 below.
  2、The blend dosage range of LonS-P (H) is 0.1~0.4% (powder) of the weight of cements or gel material. The regular blend dosage is 0.15~0.30% (powder). Since water reduction rate of concrete mixed with LonS-P is relatively high, the concrete slump is sensitive to water content, which shall be strictly controlled during operation.
  3、LonS-P (H) can be directly added into mixing water or the wet concrete already mixed with mixing water. It is not recommended to add LonS-P (H) into dry concrete mixture. Separate batcher and feeding tube are needed.
  4、Adaptability of LonS-P (H) to most cements are satisfactory, but to some cements, problems such as low water reduction rate, highslump loss may appear. Besides, the fineness and storage time of cement may also influence the application effect of LonS-P (H). In such situation, solutions such as appropriately increase the dosage or formulate other retarding components and so on may be applied.
  5、Compatibility problem exists in the formulation of LonS-P and other superplasticizers. It is recommended that the necessary formulation experiment shall be conducted before application, so as to obtain the best effect.
  6、With the application of LonS-P (H), air content of concrete is increased (usually by 3~5%). It is good for improving the workability and durability of concrete. Certain amount of defoamer may be added if the air content needs to be reduced.
  7、LonS-P (H) is retarded, and the setting time of concrete can be controlled, so construction requirements can be better satisfied.
V、Packing, transportation and storage
  1、Plastic drums are used for airtight packing to prevent leakage or evaporation. Tank car may be used for bulk packing in transportation.
  2、LonS-P (H) can be stored for 6 months under the temperature of 5~40℃ if the original packing is not removed. In particular situations when solution becomes turbid, please carry out a second inspection and then use it as early as possible.
